Consent I understand that I am responsible for supplying a snack, a mask, medication, sunblock, bug spray, change of clothes, water bottle, and proper riding attire. Helmets will be provided by the camp.

I give permission for camp counselors to administer minor first aid including bandaids, disinfectant spray or lotion, bugspray, sunblock.
